Hi Joe,
I just want to compliment AMC HD about my recent purchase of an 09 FLHTCUI. I live out of state, about 4 hours away, and researched extensively before I found the right combination of availability and customer satisfaction with AMC. This is not my first ride around the block, so to speak, and quite frankly some of my local area dealers have an odd idea of what constitutes total customer satisfaction. Everyone at AMC was extremely friendly, helpful and the experience was well worth the drive. Starting with available inventory, the proverbial crossing of T's and dotting of I's to finalize the sale, and the installation of engine and other upgrades, my experience has been one of pure buying satisfaction. The Sales, Parts, and Service Department staffs have been wonderful and all are deserving of mention. While I could start naming the folks from each department who have gone the extra mile to make my experience remarkable, I think it would end up including almost everyone at the dealership. So let me just say Thanks to all. I will highly recommend AMC to all my friends.

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the job your service department did for me on my '97 Dyna Wide Glide. When I found myself stuck out in the boonies somewhere by Scio, with no oil pressure and the red light on, I called and you sent a guy out to pick me up. The technician put in a new oil pump and did an exceptional job putting my Dyna back together. Thanks for calling me with updates on the progress of repairs.
