AMC has always serviced my bike promptly, and the service charges have been more reasonable than other shops around the country; from Oregon to New York. I have over 60,000 miles on my 2004 Heritage Softail Classic. You will not find better folks to deal with than the guys and gals at AMC.

Even though I reside up here in the pancake and rock band belt, I've visited your place numerous times in the past. Your showroom, customer service, inventory, and beauty of location are impeccable. I have a cousin who lives in the Newport area and he bought his Harley at your store about a year ago or so. Prior to his purchase, I told him he'd be sorry if he shopped anywhere else. I just want to compliment AMC HD about my recent purchase of an 09 FLHTCUI. I live out of state, about 4 hours away, and researched extensively before I found the right combination of availability and customer satisfaction with AMC. This is not my first ride around the block, so to speak, and quite frankly some of my local area dealers have an odd idea of what constitutes total customer satisfaction. Everyone at AMC was extremely friendly, helpful and the experience was well worth the drive. Starting with available inventory, the proverbial crossing of T's and dotting of I's to finalize the sale, and the installation of engine and other upgrades, my experience has been one of pure buying satisfaction. The Sales, Parts, and Service Department staffs have been wonderful and all are deserving of mention. While I could start naming the folks from each department who have gone the extra mile to make my experience remarkable, I think it would end up including almost everyone at the dealership. So let me just say Thanks to all. I will highly recommend AMC to all my friends.

We had orginally gone to (another dealer) because it was close to our house but we were ignored by the sales staff. My husband had already decided which motorcycle he wanted and we were ready to buy. (The other dealer) would not let us test ride the motorcycle. We were told by our friends that AMC in Albany was a good place to go. We made an appointment, drove up there, and test drove that day. We purchased that day and were very pleased with how we were treated. I would absolutely recommend AMC but not (the other dealer).

I wanted to thank you sincerely for the outstanding customer service your staff provided me when my Road King broke down on I-5. I was picked up with the AMC trailer and Ben jumped right in to start diagnosing the problem. It is service like this that is why my wife and I buy all our H-D parts and service from AMC - a 100 mile round-trip from home. Ride on!

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the job your service department did for me on my '97 Dyna Wide Glide. When I found myself stuck out in the boonies somewhere by Scio, with no oil pressure and the red light on, I called and you sent a guy out to pick me up. The technician put in a new oil pump and did an exceptional job putting my Dyna back together. Thanks for calling me with updates on the progress of repairs. Having the emergency pick-up service is really great. Albany Harley has an exceptional dealership and staff to run it. I definitely will pass along the good word.
